I have problem with Preset Import. When I import the Preset, I get the following error message:
0/ Not a preset
I have also tried with the Preset mentioned by Helen at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=61179, but I still get the same error.
Do you have any clue on how to solve it?

Just wondering what version of Moodle you are using? If possible, can you try with the latest version (1.9.5).

We have Moodle 1.9.2 here.
I'm not sure if it's the problem with version. We also have a mirror copy of our Moodle in the local server and the Preset import is working just fine. We can also import the Preset you mentioned at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=61179

Same problem here, tried importing the Moodlebuzz template in the database and got this error:
0/ Not a preset
We are using latest Moodle version 1.9.5
I got the same error message when trying to import a .zip - version 1.8.9 (also in 1.8.8).
The odd thing is I can't recreate the error message but when I try to import or use the image gallery preset - the screen just goes blank. I had opened this up in the bug tracker ... http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-19367
