I don't think it is necessary to post a limited copyright notice. If I post a copyright notice on a document posted in Google Docs, it is obvious the copyright applies to the content, and not to the vehicle with which it is delivered. The same goes with You-Tube videos or with blogs posted to a commercial blogging site. The copyright always applies to the content. The "about" link already contains a moodle copyright notice. That notice is sufficient to protect Moodle's interest: http://docs.moodle.org/en/License
