All courses appeared on my moodle instead of just category issue

Anyone can solve my problem here?

I would like my students to only view the categories and NOT the courses held within the categories on their front page.

For instance, I have a course category called - Upper Seconday BIOLOGY. And within this category, there are many courses - each course is a chapter by itself.

The problem is when the student logged into their FRONT PAGE, they will see all the chapters displayed.

I would very much only want the category to be displayed - UPPER SEC BIO and when they clicked it can sub filtered into the chapters then.
