I'm in the process of trying to have Oracle (seperate server than Moodle) call my Moodle web services using the utl_http package. I'm using POST in Oracle to send the xml-rpc to Moodle. However, I'm getting nothing back.
I have tried the following:
- I have the Oracle IP set up as a trusted host in Moodle.
- I have a port sniffer set up on my Moodle box and I can verify that the xml from Oracle is being sent via http to Moodle.
- I know my Moodle rpc code works. I have written a client (that resides on the Moodle server) that you can POST xml with. The client uses /mnet/xmlrpc/client.php in Moodle to establish a connection to my rpc class.
- In addition, I have three possible entry point urls, none of which work.
I have also tried:
rpc.php, client.php and remoteclient.php are all found in the zip attached as a reference. Also included is the pl/sql using utl_http to make the call to Moodle.
Some information about my setup: I'm using Moodle 1.9.4+ (Build 20090325), PHP 5.2.9-1, IIS6 and Sql Server 2005 on Windows Server 2003.
Thanks for any help,
