Wiki

Hi

I am using moodle 1.9.3 and notice that a students have edited the wiki but their name does not appear at the history tab, but their modifications appear.

For other user the action wiki add does not show in course report but really there is an wiki addition for this user.

I looked at the ewiki.php file and the ewiki_page_info function has thsi if else condition where the user name and picture is printed or, else, just continue.

Someone has the same issue?
