As you can see there are no settings displayed and clicking [Save changes] returns to the same page. However the block seems to function correctly.

Hoping that this is the correct forum to report this. Using the latest sharing cart code as of April 21 I found the following problem when installing it from scratch:

yee, i also found this issue occurring with Moodle version 1.9.2
i renamed the setting.php so Moodle (notifications) does not find it
(setting.php was looking for /plugins/ folder under this block which is missing)
works fine, even with this error/issue.
