Can a teacher get the alert(E-mail Notification Or any form of alert) as soon as student finishes/ completes the lesson( I have only Essay type questions in Question page).....
Plz help.....

I guess the answer is no, because everyone is silent. You will have to check the lesson for ungraded essay questions.
Wild idea. You might be able to put in some clever HTML link in a lesson page or in your course right after the lesson, that would hit an email program. This would remind the student to remind you that they have completed and submitted an essay. I have not tried that wild idea.

A work around would be to use advanced uploading of assignments. That activity notifies the instructor when a file is uploaded and notifies the student when feedback has been provided.
Simply link from the lesson to the activity. We do this with students as young as second grade and have no trouble.
