Wiki displaying junk characters instead of single quote.

Hi

I m using moodle 1.8.3. My problem is if I paste some text in wiki's HTML test area and it has some strange characters instead of single quote; then is it possible to replace those characters back to single quotes.

If I type something containing single or double quotes then this problem doesn't arise.

If you need in HTML code you must know the HTML code, buy if you don´t need work in HTML you can try came back to the normal lenguaje <> and write in normal format.
