I'm going nuts. See the attached graphic.
I had a person call me yesterday to say he's taken a course over and over and his gradebook shows blank for the training (Lesson 6: Enhancement Exercise). I have logged in as this guy (Thomas), viewed the minimum number of slides to pass (plus a few more), and still it reports it as blank.
I created a new user (Snoop Dog), went through the same number of slides, and it scored perfectly.
The activity report for Thomas shows this:
