New popup help/insert for emoticons/smileys

using emoticons on mac

Thanks for the input about Mac but even using Firefox I have been unable to add the emoticons to my messages.
This is what pops up:

Error Details:

  • The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
  • Error Number: -2147467259 (0x80004005).
  • Error Description: Unspecified error

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
