Comparisons and advocacy

Hello,

I'm looking for contacts to Russian or Russian-speaking universities or schools who run Moodle and an integrated Student Information System (SIS) -whether it's enterprise or open source does not matter, but the SIS should be the central student information system, and should be connected to Moodle to handle setting up users, enrollments, courses, etc.
