I found Alonso's post buried in a Theme discussion on the front page settings. It sounds like he is having trouble with his admin role. Could someone here direct him to an appropriate solution?
the key for answers is good searching, found the answer searching in different format.... solution is the following: went back to roles and put everything back to default, therefore no role overlapping ocurred and got my privileges back up :D beginners mistake my bad..... thanks for the help though, :D appreciate it was usefull... and hope this solution works for any other beginner that faces the same problem ;)
I am not able to go back to roles - so how to put everything back to default
I am administrator as well as student and i am able to see whatever student permissions are - which are very restrictive so I am not able to put back default roles
