Enrolment

I'm a casual PayPal user and we haven't invested in a business account yet, but before I do I want to make sure this will work.
We've got several departments teaching courses on Moodle, but of course only one email address that the payments go to since that's how the enrollment plugin is set up. What we want to do is be able to route the payments from different courses to different bank accounts because each department has its own account.
Is there a way we can set this up in PayPal? Say if a person enrolls in one course the payment is directed to one account, and if they enroll in a different one it goes to a different account. Is anybody else doing something similar?
