I'm trying to get PayPal working using the PayPal sandbox.

1.) I've tested the IPN for my site and it works.

2.) I set up the IPN for my business account.

Then I take my sandbox user account and try to pay for the course.  When I do that I get the infamous "Your payment is pending" message and can't get in.  Then the email below is bounced back to our admin email account.

I logged in and looked at the business account I have set up in the PayPal sandbox and it doesn't say any money has been received, but the user account says money has been sent.  Any ideas?
