At this point we're only using it inhouse. However, I'm currently working independently on an Enterprise solution/work for Moodle and will likely pursue the Flash content repository as an extension of that work.
Our current Flash repository does utilize the concept of .xml driven flash presentations that are assembled on demand from a common resource repository. The custom resource "type" in Moodle facilitates the creation of a course resource that will track completion and report to the gradebook.
I'll try to get more information out on how it's done soon.
