I have come up with a workaround to this issue, not very pretty but works.

If you create a multiple choice question page that just has a selection for next and the students click on that answer, it will mark that point for the students to pick up from.

This would only be for areas where you have essay questions or pages of just text.

The logical way to handle this is to put a selection page after an essay page that the student would use for marking purposes and this would at least keep record for the student to pick up from.

Obviously this needs to be addressed and fixed at some point.
