Symbolic Links to other course files not working....

Since upgrading to 1.4 I can no longer access files which I've shared between courses by creating symbolic links in OpenBSD. The linked folder is displayed as ? in the moodle file manager, when opened an error stating that the resource annot be found is displayed. Any ideas?

None of the changes in Moodle should have affected this at all ... something else might have happened ... have folders been renamed maybe?

No, I tried creating new ones and they don't work either...
