Resource types

I have created a page (using create web page as a resource) that has a list of spreadsheet tutorials on it. There is a list of about 10 tutorials and what I would like to do is to just click on each tutorial and it open up a page that has an embedded flash video in it. I know how to embed flash videos so that's not the problem. The think I'm not sure is how do I create a page (or pop up window) for each of my 10 tutorials? The only way I know how to create a webpage at the moment is by creating a resource and I don't want to have then on the course page.
