Roles and permissions

Hi,

as an admin I can import activities of other courses in my course. When I click on "Import", a form opens and there I have the possibility to search for a course.

Now I want that course creator can do the same thing for a specific category. So I did override the course creator role in this category, that it is able to import courses.

BUT: When clicking on import there is no search field to search for courses, and we have over 300 courses in that category, that's a nightmare to find the right course.

Has anyone a solution, to set a specific capability in order to make the search field appear for the modified course-creator-role?
I modified following capabilites of the course creator and set them to allow
