I recently came across an regression which slipped through the weekly QA process and probably shouldn't have done so. Looking back at that issue, one thing i'd like to propose is that those doing weekly QA have debugging set to DEBUG_DEVELOPER and look for changes that happens between issue fixes.
I can't think of a reason why developers are not already using this setting anyway, but personaly often don't have debugging config setup correctly as I do work testing in different scenarios. SO I think its useful to set this as a procedure or the QA process checklist. What do you think?
