The profile images are not uploading to the server... Its not even creatuing the folders on the server. I have the "user" folder permissions set to 755... I donot get an error either.

Click on profile images in your post (or this one).
Its not a GD error... as the pictures are not uploading to the server... therefor aren't ever processed by GD.
If I upload a pic... I wont get an error, and I wont get an image of any kind (Not Black, Not Orange, not Green) nothing... The images never reach the server.
