Hi the files in my moodle data directory are being delted each night.  The diretorys

45, 66 etc are intact by the files are being deleted.  Is there any script in moodle that would be doing this?  I am at 1.94

I have changed the directory structure to be 755  so only the owner can write to the directories.  What perms should be for the files?

You say $CFG->dataroot has permissions 755. Who is the owner, which group?

What is the owner and group of the Apache process?
