I am big on questionnaire, skype, book and certificate. Questionnaire because it is very flexible and teachers don't have to be trained to use it, skype for video conferencing, live lectures and whiteboard stuff, book because it can hold so much with out using real estate in the course lobby and finally certificate because it is easy to use to distribute course keys for the next in a series and because we have no transcript module certificates will at least store the student grade when they finish a course.
