I can login but logging out requires a hard page refresh (CTRL+F5) to get the logged out page, so the page does not refresh.
I thought this had to do with cookies or perhaps a proxy server (cache) but isnt this a firewall issue? I am behind a firewall, should the firewall be configured to not harm the traffic to and from the (external) Moodle server?
