I have downloaded a SCORM zipped file on a course I created in Moodle 1.9.4. The course displays in the lower right corner of the page. There is an empy space on the left-hand side of page that shows the link to the SCORM resource. How do I adjust the size of the page that displays course content?

You can enter to the configuration page of a course. there you have some properties to adjust to your needs.
Student skip content structure page = Always
Disable preview mode = Yes
Course structure display (TOC) = Hidden
