I have faced with the problem of malfunctioning of the tables that I create without title deliberately.
For example the Branch Table without title can't be linked to an other pages because I don't see the other pages at the pop-up menu. Moreover I can't delete such page for some time after creation.

I found this to be a problem too. The way I got around it was to give the page a name to set it up, then change the font colour to white (or whatever your background colour is)
for example: <font color="white">Page 1</font>
It seemed to work!
