Could anyone please poiint me to the source of "Picture of <username>" in the Recent Activity block? We have intentionally removed the picture capability but now get this message whenever we execute the "Full report of recent activity".
Haven't found a way to toggle this off and have searched the source without luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the text you are seeing is the alt text on the (now broken) image.
