In short "no". Others my have some better ideas.
- Of course if you wanted to change it for the entire site, then you could be brave and dive into the /lesson php files and change some code. I might try that on my own Moodle loaded on my desktop, then backup that course/lesson and restore it on the public site. Thus not ruining things for other teachers.
- You could also dive into the /lesson ImportPPT.php code and change things so the description and jumps were you as described, then only "imported files" would give you and other teachers that result. I have done that with previous and next buttons on one of my complete install packages on my desktop computer.
- And I bet there is some way to do a query on the Moodle MySQL database which would change the labels and the jumps. That is way to scary for me to try even on a sandbox Moodle
