Resource: Editing Web Page as Pop Up Window

Hi. I´m working on Moodle 1.9

I´m using the Resource to Edit Web Page, to create a Pop Up Window.

I´ve 4 issues:

1.-The SUMMARY it´s not working. No matter what I add as label or image, it´s not displayed in the course.

2.- I´m trying to use <HEAD> or <BODY> tags to indicate "NO CACHE" commands, or Title, but the editor doesn´t accept it.

3.- I can´t change the title of the Pop-Up.

4.- If I  write a PHP code to display the pop-up and save the changes, the next time I enter the section to edit it, the code has been replaced by HTML code. Is the way it works?

Any hint will be welcomed.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean but as far as 1. is concerned, are you talking about Add a resource>compose a webpage?
Because if that is the case then you will not see the summary on the actual course page at all. The summary is just a description of that resource that you would see if you clicked in the breadcrumb trail on the word Resources.
