Feedback

Hello Guys,

I am using Moodle 1.9.3.
What I want is
1) If I add a ppt file from 'Add Resource' . When the student view the ppt file, he should be able to give the feedback for this presentation.
Is this possible in moodle?

2) Teacher creates diff. activities like quiz & assignments for the students. Students submit their activities. Teacher grades him and gives the feedback to the student.
Now is it possible in moodle that student can comment on the feedback given by the teacher?
