can't select uploaded file in moodle 2.0 dev edition

i am using moodle 2.0 dev edition on localhost. i try to add a new resourse as "link to a file or web site", when i upload the file i can not select the file. there is no choose button or checkbox. i don't know why it happens. maybe working on localhost can cause this.

i download moddle 1.9.4 version and install. i can choose uploaded files in 1.9.4. i guess moodle 2.0 cause the problem.

I think this is a problem with Moodle 2.0 which is still in development -you are right; if you want a 'working' Moodle; use 1.94

Yes. The handling of files in Moodle 2.0 is in the middle of being rewritten. Lots of stuff relating to that is broken right now.
