Attendance showing up in gradebook

I am new to Moodle and have a question that I haven't been able to find an answer to on the forum. 

Some of the faculty want the attendance to show up in their gradebook.  We have added the Attendance Activity, Attendance Block, and Attendance Category, however, in the gradebook we are only seeing the Attendance Category Total column but the current total or % is not showing up in the gradebook.

Gradebook works good.
Please, check your gradebook's preferences.

Hi everybody,

I have a similar issue. I have added an Attendance module with multiple sessions.
In the Attendance module report all the attendances are showed up correctly but in the gradebook they are not showed up. Is there any settings I should have set up to fix this issue? I mean, is it really something I could change in the gradebook's preference?

I guess so!

As far as I understood.. the step by step to create an attendance were:
1) Log in as a professor.
2) Add an attendance activity into one course.
3) I have created multiple session, starting on 11-02-09 and finishing on 20-04-09, every monday and wednesday, starting at 18:00. Regarding the settings, I have changed to P or F, where P values 1 and F values 0. I saved it.
4) To take attendance, I clicked on the green button of each day and marked P or F for the students.
5) After that, I looked at the Reports tab and it was ok.
6) But, if we go to the gradebook, any attendance was showed up.

Am I doing something wrong?

Debora, can you add a screenshot?
What version of Moodle and module you are using?
Are you set up grade option on module's edit page (maybe you choose 'No grade' here)?

We are having this issue also:

Windows install, Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080625)

I have attached a screencap of the gradebook and attendance module.

This happens in real courses as well as the test course we created.
