First of all - we are not going the OpenBSD way, we do not believe in full disclosure policy. Any posts with exploit details may be removed, especially if not published anywhere else.
Security advisories are always mailed first to registered users and later released in our Security news forum. Please do not discuss issues here before they are released!
Any personal attacks should not be tolerated here, please let's keep it civilised here. Especially I would not like to see any attacking of developers or code contributors here Yes, anybody can call me a censor, I do not mind
Any more ideas or objections?
Just call yourself a Moderator, Petr... Censorship gives a negative impression while moderator is usually a nice fellow keeping forums "clean".
For a normal user it may sometimes be difficult to know which issues are classified "secret" or non released - so trying to not discuss issues here before they are released means that you can only discuss issues that have been released and that you probably know.
I'm not too worried about people asking security related questions - they have asked them before mainly in General problems forum (or what ever forum they find) and I have noticed only a couple of (mostly spam) posts getting edited or removed there...
Nice to see things progressing and a particularly BIG THANK YOU for all that security development and documentation work that you (Petr, Martin, Helen etc) have done during the past years.
