2) Current User Report interface offers yet another drop-down for selecting users, and it is on the right. Sorry, it is not intuitive. I did not see it for quite some time, and I am pretty good at noticing things %)
I would do it on the left and make it to appear as a partially shown scroll down menu.
It will look similar to the Database templates interface, where all of those fields/tags appearing on left will become student names, and instructor will be able to click on them to switch, plus to scroll down to review more.

Elena, you seem to use this feature (User Report)
Do you know how to allow this to respond to the Group setting, so it only displayes a particular group of Users reports.
This would allow me to print a group of user reports, say 20 pages instead of all 200 users.
