In fact the more I look at that post, the more it seems to be similar: restoring to a PG database, and strange characters are inserted into the textfields. I wouldn't be surprised if your student feedback and subnet fields are messed up too. In which case you can probably fix it by running the SQL statement givcen in the above post.
If that doesn't work - or even if it does, please let us know
