General help

This is going to seem like an easy problem and I am sure I have just been looking at it too long!

I am setting up my moodle site and have run into a glitch.

I need a navigation menu at the top of my page. I have created this for the front page and it works: [see site please]

Once logged in the menu bar shows up IF you are admin or in the admin menu:

HOWEVER - I can not get it to show up if you sign in as a student or if you go to the HOME link while logged in.

Can someone please help e to get this to work. I had it working and did something to "break" it.

Suggestions welcome please.
