Hello! I'm having an issue with the date on the certificate occasionally showing December 31st 1969 (inconsistent and hard to duplicate)... I'm using Moodle 1.9 and the Certificate module says 3.1.9 in the version.php file.
I've researched this problem, but all of the fixes are referring to an older version and seem like they address the date consistently showing 1969. Has anyone else been getting this occasional date issue? If so, do you have any advice?
