Hi there.
Brand new installation (1.9.7+ build 2010020), same problem. Works for admin users, other get this:
The requested URL /mod/chat/gui_/index.php was not found on this server
I have looked at the solution offered, but there is no if statement on line 66 of the nominated file.
Help please.
