When creating the Face to Face module, there is a "Third Party" email box.
But, how do I set it so that the users Manager or Team Leader gets the notification?

The managers notification is going to be activated by going to Site Administration > Modules > Face to Face. Put a check in the Managers Email field and save the settings. When a student sign's up for a course it will prompt them for their managers email address and create a user field in the students profile with that information.
