I successfully followed the instructions to add the Book Tool (version 1.9) to my 1.9.3 testing server. All seems fine, except that Book appears under the Resource menu rather than the Activity menu. When I have seen it on other servers, it appeared under the Activity menu. Did I do something wrong? It appears to work normally.

Ours is under Resource too.
Since I remember the Book module shows on the resource pulldown tab.... but this is the wrong place. Book is not a resource, it is an Activity...
Perhaps some day Petr Skoda (the mantainer of the module) will let us know why is on the resource pulldown....

Book is a resource in my opinion, activity means that students have to do something more than just read.
