Gradebook

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've not changed an instance of this; I've changed some code somewhere that sets the default for all new courses. I've managed to forget where this bit of code is and can't find it (for some reason all my searches are coming up with either nothing or other code that isn't what I'm looking for)
