i agree with Tomaz - database activity is a neat way to share files, like videos. you could also incorporate self-reflection, peer evaluation & ratings using this activity.
a 'single upload' assignment will also work nicely & can also write grades & feedback to the course gradebook, but it becomes a private dialogue between teacher & student. unlike the database, assignment submissions arent publically visible by peers.
