General help

Hi Folks,

I am a new user to moodle. I uploaded the course, checked it and exited the course. I am getting the completion status ( Green Tick Mark) and the score is displayed as (Score:2). If I need to re-attend the course, do i need to click on the Start a new attempt check box ??

If I click on the check box and re-attend the course , I am getting the coruse completion status and score correctly but without clicking the check box , If I run the course the status is coming as incompelte (orange color) and score is not coming properly.

Please advice me follow the correct step to check the course more than once.
