I dont know if anyone has already posted this on here. I was wondering if it was possible to create a new type of course format, so that where it says the dates every week, to change this so it says Unit 1, Unit 2 etc, so like the topics format but with Unit infront of it.
If so, could anyone help me?

Yes this is possible. For example, in the Modules and Plugins database, you will find a Monthly format based on the Weeks one.
