Hi,
I am working with an IT person to insert images into an e-book page (a chapter on autoparts) so that a number of .jpg images (optimised for web display) are revealed onmouseover wherever a word is bolded in the e-book text. Unfortunately the images did not appear when programmed so the developer has had to create a separate page with a link from the original e-book page. Her comments are below:
At the moment we have put it as a link as when it is embedded into the page it does not work. It seems the Book DHTML editor manipulates the javascript and than it doesn’t work. We are just looking into ways around this so put the link up in the interim.
Does anyone know how to fix this little glitch?

HTMLArea does not like event handlers (onmouseover etc) - it starts to change code, add anonymous functions and so on. http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-9963
Try to turn editor off from your profile (When editing text - Use standard web forms).
