Hi Don, do you mean paste a link to multiple topics in the same course?
What we have done is enabled the Resource Names Auto-linking and Glossary Auto-linking filters across our Moodle site, and have used labels/topic descriptions to write in the resource name - this auto-links to the same resource in the course.
