Serious problem with inserting images

I have a problem with inserting images in html editor:
- I click on button "Insert Image" and chose file from local hdd, and file is uploading properly on server.
-When I click on any image in "Insert Image" pop-up window, the windows is closed immediately (while it should fill "Image URL:" field and wait ) and in result I have one word "undefined" in html editor in WYSWIG mode. In html mode inserted code is <img src="undefined" alt="undefined" />

I use Moodle 1.9.3, debian server, php5

Everything works okay some time ago, last changes on server software was cpan tried to install.

Could somebody help me?

The problem was caused by Firefox addon named Adblock Plus. I turned it off and inserting images works perfectly. If you want to use Adblock Plus i suggest to add your moodlesite to exception list of Adblock.
