I made a feedback and sent out a link to my staff. Some users could click on it and go to the feedback. Other users (about 5-10%) clicked and saw a screen with the word "error" and a continue button.
I have the site set to auto login guests, and I have been able to reproduce the error once, but haven't since (even when I cleared out my cookies). Has anyone encountered something like this?
I would like to make a survey to send out to 800+ parents, but I don't want to have them log in and I don't want a whole bunch of people complaining about an error message. Thanks for any help.
