Problem with Left Aligned muliple choice items

When I left align multiple choice answers the choices appear centered if the choices are single words. The reason I've found is that Moodle creates a table inside the multiple choice box and the boxes are split inside the table. Therefore, when I use a True/False question the answers appear way in the middle of the screen while the bullets are on the far left side.

This is confusing for many students and can increase the chance of error. Does anyone know of a solution to this? Is it a bug in Moodle?

Bill,
It would be much easier for us visually-inclined people if you would attach a screenshot showing exactly what the problem looks like.
