News forum "Add a new topic" button returns blank page

Greetings,

I have four Moodle sites for the same school district all behaving the same way. When a user of any role goes into a news forum and clicks the "Add a new topic" button, Moodle returns a blank page.

All sites are now running v1.9.3 (Build: 20081016), but upgrading Moodle versions doesn't seem to be the issue since we've always had this problem on this server. We started at v1.9.2+.

Server is SLES10, MySQL, & Apache.

I found the problem to be a corrupt /mod/forum/post.php file. After renaming this file, and running a CVS update to replace it, I am now able to create forum posts.
